Terms of Sale – Tattoo Mesta

These terms of sale apply to tattoo services, consultations and related reservations offered by Tattoo Mesta.

1. Appointment and consultation

Tattoo Mesta offers its customers a free consultation, the purpose of which is to discuss the tattoo idea, placement, size, and other details before the actual tattoo.

If a client does not arrive for a free consultation or cancels the appointment in advance, Tattoo Mesta reserves the right to charge a €50 no-show fee. The fee covers the reserved time and the working time used for it.

2. Booking fee for tattoo session

Booking a tattoo session requires the payment of a reservation fee. The purpose of the reservation fee is to confirm the reservation and commit both parties to the agreed time.

Reservation fee:

  • will not be returned, even if the client changes their mind about getting a tattoo

  • not refundable in cash

The paid reservation fee remains in the customer's customer account and can be used later for Tattoo Mesta services, for example when booking a new appointment.

3. Cancellation and transfer of appointment

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled tattoo session.
A scheduled appointment can be rescheduled one (1) time at no additional cost.

If the appointment is rescheduled more than once or the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the agreed time, Tattoo Mesta reserves the right to withhold the booking fee and it will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Payments

Tattoo services are paid for according to the payment methods announced by Tattoo Mesta. The booking fee will be deducted from the final price if the tattoo is carried out as agreed.

5. Complaints

Any complaints should be made immediately after the service. Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis, and Tattoo Mesta always strives to find a solution that satisfies the customer.

6. General

Tattoo Mesta reserves the right to change the terms of sale. Changes do not affect reservations already made or booking fees paid.
